bcharmed jewelry comes with a lifetime replacement warranty that guarantees the jewelry to be free of manufacturer’s defects. Unfortunately, we cannot warranty against damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse or normal wear and tear. If the item being replaced is no longer available from bcharmed, then bcharmed will allow an exchange of equal or greater value. Items replaced that are of greater value may require the retail price difference and any applicable sales tax to be billed to the customer.
Your original receipt and packaging is required to return any unworn bcharmed jewelry. Returns and Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Custom jewelry, earrings, discounted or “on sale” and seasonal items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact your bcharmed Stylist to begin the return or exchange process. If your stylist cannot be reached please send an email to info@bcharmed.com and we will be happy to assist you. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
